1. ONLINE AUCTION VIA WHISKY.AUCTION
An online auction will run via Whisky.Auction from 23rd August until 1st September and will feature some incredible bottles and experiences!
Items on sale will include rare single malts, personal cask ownership, unreleased bottlings of collectible spirits, luxury distillery trips, and personalised fine & rare whisky tastings with distillery founders.
Lots will be available to purchase internationally, with all funds going directly towards supporting Equal Measures UK drive greater equity, diversity & inclusion within the drinks and hospitality industry.

2. 1st September
Charity Auction evening At Nancy’s
On 1st September, Equal Measures UK will take over hidden gem, Nancy’s Cocktail Bar in London Bridge, to host a Charity Auction Evening showcasing the very best of UK hospitality!
Guests will get the chance to bid on exclusive, ultra-rare and money-can’t-buy lots, only available at the event. The online auction will also be streamed live at the event, with bidding taking place throughout the evening, overseen by our auctioneer - industry legend, Jack Sotti.
The auction evening itself will be a night to remember, set against the stunning backdrop of Nancy’s wraparound skyline. Ticket includes:

Dré Masso marks an impressive 30 years in the bar industry, starting his journey in London at the heart of its dynamic cocktail scene. In 2005, he co-founded the groundbreaking tequila bar Green and Red, which led to a collaboration with master distiller Jesús Hernández and the creation of Altos Tequila.
Over his career, Dré has earned numerous accolades, including being named UK Bartender of the Year. He is also the author of two cocktail books, showcasing his expertise and passion for mixology.
As Director of Bars and Mixology for the Potato Head group, spanning Bali, Jakarta, Singapore, and Hong Kong, Dré spearheaded sustainable beverage programs, focusing on positive impact and resourceful practices.
Now based in London, Dré continues to innovate within the industry through several exciting projects. He also serves as a global ambassador for both Altos Tequila and Nusa Caña, championing their stories and inspiring the next generation of bartenders.
A celebrated bartender with nearly two decades of experience under her belt, Chelsie has worked at some of the top bars in the UK, including being Head Bartender at the world-famous American Bar at The Savoy (considered one of the most prestigious positions in the world of bars); and managing London’s Happiness Forgets, as well as Bristol’s Filthy XIII and The Milk Thistle.
Chelsie has represented the UK in four global competitions, with the most notable being Bacardi Legacy, where she achieved a top eight finish in the global competition.
Chelsie is now the head of drinks development for Stonegate, the largest bar company in the UK writing drinks menus for 20 different formats over 4,500 venues.
Italian soul, London hands. Benedetta Paris arrived in London without speaking a word of English; during her first interview at Happiness Forgets, she and Alastair Burgess found their way through the conversation with Google Translate. Eight years later, that same bar is where she found her voice and became herself.
An award-winning bartender with a background in Forensic Science and Fashion, Benedetta is driven by curiosity – the desire to look beyond the obvious, explore every detail and capture an idea while it is still fresh. That is where each of her cocktails begins, followed by creativity, emotion and the determination to keep going until the drink tastes exactly as she imagined it.
For Benedetta, bartending is not a performance – it is human connection, one meaningful encounter and one emotion at a time.
The celebrity Chef
Jay Morjaria is an acclaimed London-based Chef, founder, and F&B consultant with over 15 years of industry experience.
A winner on BBC2 / Netflix’s Million Pound Menu (2018), Morjaria is renowned for his innovative culinary concepts, including his modern Korean residency JAE – which earned high praise from critic Jay Rayner – and his casual Korean kitchen Tiger & Rabbit.
Shortlisted as "Chef to Watch 2021" at the National Restaurant Awards, his versatile portfolio includes leading concept development at KellyDeli, launching Indian pop-up Shabash, and introducing Korean-American diner Park & Kim.
The auctioneer
Jack Sotti is a London-based bartender, brand consultant, and drinks entrepreneur.
He has owned and operated award-winning venues in Melbourne, Auckland, and London, including Boilermaker House and Eau de Vie Melbourne. He was crowned World Class Bartender of the Year in Australia and placed third globally. He joined Diageo as Tanqueray Brand Ambassador before becoming Head of Brand Advocacy for the UK. He is a partner in Renais Spirits and has consulted for Artfarm Group and The Standard Hotel.
He is Creative Director of Archive & Myth, a hidden bar beneath the Hippodrome Casino in Leicester Square. Ranked #18 in the UK Top 50 Cocktail Bars and Venue of the Year at Bar Magazine UK 2026.
He also presents a cocktail segment on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch, hosts the podcast At The Bar, and serves as Brand Ambassador for Bar Convent Berlin London (BCB). His liquid development work spans on-trade, off-trade, and brand environments, with a track record of building drinks products that land commercially and hold up critically.
